C-34 Florida Department of Transportation Perpetual Easement and Temporary Construction Easement at Orange Park High School
Issue/Rationale
The Perpetual Easement containing 79 square feet more or less, is for the purpose of constructing and maintaining traffic signalization structures adjacent to Orange Park High School.
This Temporary Construction Easement is to facilitate the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) project adjacent to Orange Park High School for a period of 48 months. The District was notified of the need on September 9, 2015. Construction is scheduled to take place in 2017.
Recommended Action
Approve the Perpetual Easement and the Temporary Construction Easement.
Financial Impact
The total purchase price, payable by the FDOT for the purchase of the Perpetual Easement and the Temporary Construction Easement is $800.00.
